The Channel of Awareness

Mutation is possible when there is a gap in the thinking process and a new thought can come in. You don't search for answers. You process inspiration acoustically. Knowing arises spontaneously, not through effort. One moment the knowing is not there and the next moment it is.

Gate 24 returns to the same territory over and over, pondering a thought it considers inspiring, reviewing it until it can be brought into form. The mind cannot act on the inspiration, or prove it logically or through past experience. To use your individual mind to your greatest advantage, give yourself time to return and review. You will hear it in a moment of silence, like those aha moments that pop into your mind in the middle of the night.

Gate 61 is the pressure to know, to unravel the mystery, and to inspire with unique moments of absolute recognition. You love to spend time musing, mentally exploring the unknown. When you know that you have a unique insight and wait for the right time to express it, you feel liberated.

Compared to the Collective mind, which focuses on past or future, your Individual mind yearns for silence now, for all the voices and dialogue to stop. If you give in to the intense pressure and let the unknown haunt you, your inspiration can become confused by delusion, leading to deep uncertainty and anxiety. The secret is to enjoy your thoughts and let your inner truth reveal itself in its own unique timing.

The Channel of Awareness is here to know what is knowable and of value, know what is knowable but of no value, and know that we are not designed to know everything. This discernment is the true gift of Individual awareness.

Your mind is connected to something beyond this plane that you hear and know spontaneously. This is the acoustic static, the white noise of Gate 61's inspiration being processed by Gate 24's rationalization. The real mystery is that inspiration is there in the mind from the beginning, awaiting its moment of activation or invitation by life itself.

Gate 24 carries the fear of ignorance, the mental anxiety that you will never know for certain, that you won't be able to explain your knowing, that you'll appear ignorant to others. If you try to make decisions with your mind, you trigger this anxiety.

You don't control your thinking and you cannot use your thoughts to get anything or anywhere. You simply need to recognize that knowing just happens when it does. The mutation will take place or not. You are here to surrender to the serendipity of inner truth that will make itself known through the 24th gate, in its own mutative way, in its own time.
