The Channel of Structuring

Gate 43 is the gate of the inner ear. It only listens to its own unique inner voice. Your knowing is not backed up by facts, and it can take fortitude to stand behind and explain insights that seem freakish and completely outside of Collective or Tribal norms.

Nothing is more difficult for you than to listen to and really hear others. This is not a fault, nor a problem to be fixed. It is genetic protection from undue influence. Gate 43 carries a fear of rejection, a mental anxiety that you will not be able to explain your ideas, that they are too weird and will be rejected. As noted: "The Individual mind will always feel like an outsider standing at the door, waiting for the invitation to offer its unique knowing."

The gift of this channel is the ability to develop techniques and concepts that enhance efficiency. This mind can look at how something has been done and suddenly know a much better, faster way of doing it. Using keynotes, for example, is an ultra-efficient way to say something.

This innovative thinking results in quantum leaps that can move entire organizations to higher planes of efficiency and bring a new level of refinement into the world. But expression is a process. It takes time to learn how to communicate innovative thinking. People don't shift easily. You may need to explain yourself many times before the new concept takes hold.

There is no need, or even real ability, for you to plan what you will say beforehand. It is not necessary to know why your mind says what it says, or attach significance to when it says it. Your challenge is to simply let go of control and allow your mind to process its knowing in its own way and timing.

Your mind is here to embrace not only your knowing, but to explore what isn't known. You are someone whose thinking feels like it is lightyears ahead. As you develop proficiency for explaining what you know simply and clearly, the opportunities to express your unique insights will naturally arise out of others' recognition of your gifts.
