This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through Total Human Design ("THD"). We strive for transparency in all billing matters. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Overview

Due to the digital nature of our Services, all sales are generally final. Total Human Design provides digital content, AI-powered educational tools, and subscription-based access to premium features. Once digital content has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

Key Principle: We believe in fair treatment. If you experience a genuine issue with our Services, we will work with you to find a resolution.

2. Digital Products & Services

2.1 One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases include lifetime access plans, AI-generated reports, and digital products. These purchases are final once the content has been delivered or access has been granted.

2.2 AI-Generated Reports

AI-generated reports (e.g., Human Design analysis reports) are produced on-demand using computational resources. Due to the immediate delivery and resource cost of generation, report purchases are non-refundable once generation has begun.

2.3 License Keys

License keys purchased through authorized marketplace partners are subject to both this policy and the marketplace's own refund terms. For marketplace-purchased keys, contact the marketplace first.

3. Subscription Cancellation

3.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to premium features until the period expires.

3.2 No Pro-Rata Refunds

Subscription cancellations prevent future charges but do not refund the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata (partial period) refunds for early cancellation.

3.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel before renewal if you do not wish to continue.

4. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds are granted at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. The following scenarios may be eligible for a refund:

  • Technical issues that prevent access to purchased services (when we cannot resolve the issue)
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Unauthorized charges (with verification)
  • Service not delivered as described (materially different from what was advertised)
Note: Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion and are final. Simply changing your mind about a purchase is not grounds for a refund for digital goods.

5. Refund Process

5.1 How to Request

  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages)

5.2 Review Process

All refund requests are reviewed by our team. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 7 business days.

6. Processing Timeframes

If a refund is approved:

  • Credit/debit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Regional payment processor refunds: Processing times vary by provider (typically 5-14 business days)
  • App store purchases: Subject to Apple/Google refund policies and timeframes
  • License key refunds: Processed through the original marketplace

7. Exceptions

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have been fully consumed or accessed
  • Subscription charges for periods where the service was available and functional
  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago (unless required by law)
  • Price differences due to promotional or discount codes
  • Requests based solely on dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality
Consumer Protection: Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including those of the Philippines (Consumer Act, RA 7394) and the European Union (Consumer Rights Directive).
