Gate 41 as the beginning of the human process — the pressure that starts everything in the abstract stream. Gate 41 holds every feeling available to the abstract stream, releasing them one at a time. That sequencing is the intelligence: not all feelings simultaneously, but one focused feeling maximized, then the next.

Ra's teaching about Gate 41's uniqueness goes to the root of what makes us human. Animals hunger for food, shelter, survival. We hunger for those things and for experience itself. Discovering Mars, finding new continents, making love in unusual places — these are not survival behaviors. They are experiential hunger expressing itself. Gate 41 is the initiating pressure for that hunger. When its adrenaline fuel is healthy and recognized, it contributes to emotional health. When the fuel is unhealthy — forced into repetition, suppressed, or scattered — it generates emotional illness. The gate's instruction is singular: release one feeling at a time, fully, then move to the next.

Line 1 (Reasonableness) builds the foundation through appropriate delegation — one feeling at a time, not all fantasies simultaneously. Trying to do everything loses the power of the gate entirely. Line 2 (Caution) protects its own feelings first, projecting resource-availability outward while remaining conservative about risking security for others. Line 3 (Efficiency) learns when to go alone with a feeling and when to share — in times of decrease, Ra said, selfishness is justified. Line 4 (Correction) is unidirectionally fixed, concentrating on one feeling or fantasy for long periods to maximize its potential. Line 5 (Authorization) is projected as having resources, constantly getting fuel pulled out by others, which can create a victimization cycle through the emotional rollercoaster. Line 6 (Contagion) is the gate's evolutionary endpoint: maximization of potential ending decrease, preparing what comes after — the father or mother of the next phase of human experience.

Ra offered a striking observation about Gate 41's trajectory: children born with Uranus transiting Gate 41 appear to be pulling back from the experiential drive. Where previous generations felt the abstract hunger intensely, something is shifting. Ra interpreted this not as clinical pathology but as a genetic field operating — the beginning of a transition in which the experiential need completes its evolutionary purpose. What replaces it remains to be seen.
